Everything about this place is awful. The hospital does not give out that warm and welcoming vibe. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. The customer service is pathetic. Quality of care – what is that?

The nurses and doctors are a bunch of nincompoops who are least bothered about taking care of their patients. They are busy talking with each other or playing with their phones. So what if the patients are waiting. So what if there are serious patients who need urgent care…

I left without being seen. My time is precious I cannot waste it on idiots like them

My wife delivered our princess here in April. The doctors and the nurses in Labor & Delivery are very friendly and helped Nissy through the entire process. This being our first child, we were worried about small, small things but the doctors and nurses guided us and did not make fun of us. Even after the childbirth, the attention, and care continued. The doctors educated us about the things to watch out for, things that require urgent attention, and things that can be ignored. Very impressed. We will be visiting this hospital in case we plan to have a second child

I am in awe of this excellent hospital. The hospital is run by people who know how to run a hospital. The nurses are very caring and friendly. Very professional and always ready to help. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and do not hesitate in entertaining any questions. Each question is answered in layman’s language and with a smile. My mother was a patient here, and we are very satisfied with the way she was taken care of. Will not hesitate to return in case of any medical exigency
