My wife delivered our son at Wooster Community Hospital. The whole experience of becoming parents is something out of this world, and the staff at Women’s Pavilion made sure that it would be something that we remember for a lifetime. My wife has declared that our future children would be born here. April was under the care of some wonderful nurses and doctors who did not go around like robots. They were empathetic and made sure that April was thoroughly enjoying the process of becoming a mother. A great place for having a baby

This hospital is excellent and knows how to take care of its patients. My daughter was supposed to have surgery, and she was scared like hell when she heard the word “surgery.” The D-day comes, and she is very nervous. The nurses come and talk to her, make her feel normal again. The doctor comes and talks to her, talks about general things, and before long, my daughter is smiling again and ready for the surgery. The surgery goes off well, and we are on our way after six hours. Friendly staff, wonderful medical team. Appreciate their efforts

I have visited Wooster Community Hospital quite a few times, and all the experiences have been fantastic. The hospital is manned by a courteous and knowledgeable staff. They do not treat their patients as if they were a number. They are empathetic and ensure that you get the best care possible, and if it means they have to walk that extra mile, they will do it. Very happy with the hospital

Had a bad experience while visiting Wooster Community Hospital. The front desk lady was wonderful, the nurses were great, but the ER doctor sucked. She was very unprofessional and very incompetent. She was not able to get a diagnosis properly. Very rude, she talked me down when I asked a few questions. Basically, she rushed through my care. Thanks to this idiot, I had to seek a second opinion, and the diagnosis was completely different from what this idiot had told me. Will not be coming back.
