William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital is one of the most amazing hospitals that I have come across. Everything is well organized, and every single member working here is super professional. The nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, support staff, cafeteria – everyone has a smile and are ready to help you. The medical team is very professional and knowledgeable. They know what they do. I was admitted here for three days, and I must say that I had the most wonderful hospital experience ever. The way the staff took care of me, I thought I was in a seven-star hotel. The room was very spacious and had a sofa where my family members could sit and relax while waiting for me. These folks also got a Chaplin for me. Incredible!!!! Won't hesitate even a bit to seek care here again

A few days back, I, unfortunately, had to visit the ER late at night after a stomach ache that simply refused to go away, became unbearable. The pain progressed throughout the day, and by late night, I was neither able to sit or stand. My wife rushed me to this place. I was taken in very quickly and then transferred back to the room within moments. The doctor was beside me, ordered a few tests, and advised admission for treatment. They made me comfortable and allowed me to sleep in the ER until a bed opened up. The next day I was shifted to the 11th floor. The care that I got there was incredible and out of this world. I was so happy that I was under the care of some of the most amazing medical team and other ancillary services. They were compassionate, caring, and also very jovial. I felt very sad when it was time to leave…would definitely miss the love and compassion of the team

Great hospital experience! The past few months have been very tough on me with my wife falling ill repeatedly and finally landing up in the hospital for treatment of a major illness. We are happy that we were taken very good care off by very talented and supportive individuals who ensured that not only my wife recovered, but I was also very comfortable till the time she was in the hospital. My wife was out of the hospital after a week, fully recovered and ready to face life with renewed vigor. Thank you!

We are very disappointed with this hospital. They had my father in this hospital for nearly a month yet could not figure out what plagued him. They ran every single test they could possibly run but still drew a blank. My dad was in pain and could not control his tears whenever someone touched him….When they exhausted all the options, they discharged him. A competent and knowledgeable staff would have been able to figure what was wrong with him. I took him to a much smaller hospital near my house, and they were able to figure out his ailment in a day…So much for the outstanding quality of care.

I had never thought that I could face such a situation at least in this hospital. The doctors and nurses had a very rude and arrogant behavior. They choose to ignore my family and me during the period I was admitted here. They also misbehaved with my special needs son. All these because I chose to correct a glaring mistake that these idiots had committed while diagnosing me. I was very happy when these people discharged me. Would never step my foot into this hospital again.
