Terrible hospital. I am not sure if these idiots even know what they are supposed to do. Thanks to idiots like these, healthcare in the country is going to dogs. It is high time that West Boca Medical Center is held accountable for their actions. Completely unprofessional. I had visited the ER, and the nurses and the doctors were very rude. They misdiagnosed me and prescribed wrong meds. I had to visit another hospital for getting appropriate care. Won’t step in again.

I had to visit the ER at 2 am. The care was great. Since there was not enough rush at the ER during that time, I was seen ASAP. What endeared me to this hospital is the fact that these people called me two days later and suggested a change in medications since the doctors felt that the current medications would not be doing justice. I was happy and promptly visited the hospital and got the new medications. Though there were some hiccups during the visit such as an unclean bathroom, the overall medical care provided to me was wonderful

I am not sure about other departments or the ER, but the Birthing Pavilion treated my wife well. We delivered our princess here six years back. Back then, the staff at the pavilion was sweet and extra attentive to my wife as she was nearing the due date. Every nurse who looked after her was a superstar. Once our princess was born, they took excellent care of both the mother and daughter. The ward was small and a little bit off of the main hospital, so the place did not give a feeling that you were in a hospital.

This was six years back, so not sure if things are the same even now. To all those nurses who took care of my wife and our princess, a big thank you. You would always be close to our hearts.

A fantastic experience at the ER today morning. The nurses did a good job of explaining the illness in detail and treated me quickly and efficiently. I was hesitant about visiting this place at first, but I am glad that I came here. Highly recommended.
