I had visited the West Ga MC ER after having severe backache. These guys made me wait for 10 hours to say everything is fine. I was taken in within a few minutes of arrival but then was made to wait for nearly five hours to be taken back to the room.

Even in the room, I had to wait for another two hours before a sleepyhead walked in and ordered CT imaging before walking off. An hour’s wait for the test, another hour’s wait for results, and then an hour for handing over the discharge papers. The horror story did not end there. I was charged $8000 for the whole thing – a visit, CT, and x-rays…..

When the pain did not subside, I sought care at another hospital where the doctors saw the scan from West Ga MC and immediately pointed out three kidney stones…How did the fuc**r at the West Ga MC miss that?

Won’t step into that shithole again!!!!

I was a patient at the West Ga Medical Center on January 2019. I was very impressed with the wonderful care that I got here. Everybody was helpful and very attentive. They did not hesitate to walk that extra mile when they realized that my care was floundering. Quick out-of-box thinking helped to get my care back on track. My care was outstanding. I don't have enough words to express gratitude to these wonderful angels. Thank you all

Every individual involved with my delivery was amazing. The staff at the L&D was the most compassionate and kind! They were very professional!!! Our first son arrived, and even they could not control their joy. They answered every single question with a lovely smile. The professionals provided the best quality medical care possible. My husband and I highly recommend this wonderful hospital for delivering your child
