I am not sure of all departments of this hospital. So, in this review I would like to write only about the labor and delivery wing of the hospital. They have gone a long way in ensuring that my delivery goes on smooth and since it was my first time, I was tensed but their calm and soothing words made me feel a lot better.
If you look at the building of the hospital, it does not have one of the most beautiful and largest infrastructure but the people who work here are all warm and encouraging and the positivity that they bring about makes a lot of difference in your entire experience.
I loved my birthing experience here and would definitely recommend this hospital, especially to expectant mothers.

The patient care they have at this hospital that too after a surgery is discreditable and I shall never return here for anything, even if I am on my death bed. I keep pressing the bell and there is no sign of any nurse for more than an hour and when they finally decide to make an appearance, they make faces and give you those cold stares for having reached out to them. They don’t come on time and they are not even apologetic about it.
The doctors are a shade better but the nurses do not even have a bit of compassion or empathy towards their patients or their family members and it is quite evident in their behavior.
No plans of returning here ever!

I cut my hand a little deep while chopping veggies in the kitchen and since I was all alone at home that time, I drove myself here. Since it was a Sunday morning, I wasn’t expecting too many people in the ER but there were close to 15 of them. But the entire process happened quite fast and I was admitted in quickly and my injury was taken care of well.
The doctor also prescribed a few medications that helped me cope with the pain. The nurse who was with me also offered to get me something to eat when she learnt that I had not had my breakfast and while I was leaving back home, she escorted back to the car and made sure I was all right and in a condition to drive back.
I loved their customer service and would definitely come back here.

The hospital definitely doesn’t have that good a reputation and I would have agreed with it had I not experienced their labour and delivery department. My water broke and I was rushed to WellStar North and I had very bad contractions after I was brought in.
But a team of nurses took over and they did whatever they could to make me feel better. They attentively listened to my concerns about giving birth and how much I wanted it to be a normal delivery and in the midst of all that confusion, whenever I popped up questions, the nurses were patient enough to answer all of them.
And after I gave birth, I noticed that the birthing suite they had taken me in was more than awesome and had all the modern facilities in it. Then came the food, which tasted way better than what I expected. Till I left the hospital, one or the other nurse made sure I was completely relaxed and helped me in handling the baby like a pro.

I was brought into this hospital in an extreme bad condition wherein I could neither walk or talk properly. And I kept on vomiting continuously. They gave me a bag to vomit in and then carelessly left me for more than hour in such a critical condition. And it was when I complained of severe headaches and dizziness, they finally unwillingly gave me a room and while they were taking me there, the staff made me fall because they did not have a firm grip and to add to all this, they put the blame on me.
They put me through a lot of shit and sent me back home without any diagnosis and later that day I decided to go to another hospital and there I received the medical services which helped me discover the real reason behind my symptoms. That’s how my life was saved!
