Very happy with the care that I got here. I had rushed to the ER after I was not able to keep anything down for the past two days. I was admitted for three days, and the doctors did everything required to treat me. Despite me rejecting their suggestion of a gall bladder surgery, I was treated well by the staff. No discrimination of any sort. Thanks to their efforts, I recovered completely from my ailment in a week. Appreciate the efforts by the team

Completely clueless billing department!!!!

I had treatment here last year, and the bills were being sent to the address provided. In March, I moved to a new house, and I promptly gave the new address for updating records. The billing executive accepts it. I get the bills for April and May. The June and July bills are sent to the old house which is a four-hour drive from my new home. I called them in early July, and the lady who answered the call said that the address had not been updated.

I asked her if the address was not updated, how did I get two bills at my new house…she had no answer and hung up on me. Thanks to these bumbling idiots, I got a call from collections a few days back regarding pending bills. Thank you, Weiss Memorial, for screwing up my perfect credit score

Absolutely wonderful care in the ER. I went in at 1:30 AM with my son, who was having spiking fever and was losing consciousness intermittently due to the high temperature. The front desk quickly got everything filled. Jack was taken in within minutes and after a wait of ten minutes was taken back to the room. The doctor was beside him in minutes. A wonderful doctor with excellent bedside manners, she first got him on fluids and then ordered some blood tests, which revealed that he had a blood infection.

Appropriate treatment was started, and after a five-day stay, Jack was back home playing with his dog. Thank you, Weiss Memorial, for employing such wonderful people in the ER.

Excellent staff who genuinely care for their patients. I had a scheduled appointment, and as luck would have it, it got canceled at the last minute. The staff came to me and informed me the same and made sure that before leaving the hospital, I had a new appointment which was at a suitable time for me. It might be a minor thing, but at least I can be happy that we still have these type of people in hospitals who treat patients as humans and care for them
