Hi!!!

I am over the top…I never thought that I’d have such a wonderful hospital experience at least in this neck of woods. A few months back, I went to the Washington Hospital ER at 1:00 in the morning, hoping against hope that there would be at least somebody to give me some meds to tide over. When I reached the ER, I was in for a pleasant surprise. The security guard gave a beaming smile and that itself took away nearly all the worries. The nurses were very helpful. I was seen by a wonderful doctor called Dr. Tiago Hiraoka. Not only him, but whomsoever I interacted with during my visit was excellent. They were ready to answer questions, and my illness was attended to without any fuss.

The ER was efficient, clean, and there was clear communication between the staff members and between the patients and staff. After excellent care, I was on my way three hours later, a completely satisfied person

Good experience. Friendly nurses. Outstanding doctors. Clean private rooms, especially in the intermediate care unit. The food was also good, which is somewhat uncommon in a hospital setting. But then I was famished and ate whatever was given to me. I would not have hesitated to eat any damn thing that was thrown my way. Good Hospital

The only thing good about this wretched dump is the wonderful doctor, whose name I forgot to take. He was exceptional and took real good care of my dad. He was caring, compassionate, professional, and had excellent bedside manners. However, all the efforts put in by the wonderful doctor came to naught with a stupid ass of a nurse who was looking after my dad. She was lazy to the core. She took out the medicines and did not close the bottle tightly. Her reason – I need to open it again. She also left the blood pressure band on my father’s arm. Her reason – I have to retake the blood pressure. My dad was shivering, but the idiots did not even provide a warm blanket to him. Nurses are supposed to help the patient, but when you have a nurse like her, I do not think even God can help the patient. We were very relieved when my dad was discharged a day later.

Not planning to step in again any time soon!!!

The f*****g b***h, who is working at the front desk needs to have her ass kicked. She is bloody rude and does not have a minimum empathy for the patients. It is clear that she is not happy with her job. One advice to that b***h – stop behaving like a child. It is not our fault that your ass is unhappy.

Had to rush a loved one to the Washington Hospital emergency room at 2 AM today. The staff was excellent, and so was the attending physician. They were great in every single aspect. Very prompt and best in class service. They exceeded our expectations by a mile. We are in awe of the fact that even at such ungodly hours, the staff was ready to help and did so with a lovely smile. Love to return if any need arises
