Reviewing this hospital for the wonderful care they have given to my wife. I want to state a minor problem before the praises. The only issue with Victor Valley Hospital is that their rooms are pretty small and cannot accommodate more than two people during delivery. While my wife was delivering, I allowed my mother and mother-in-law to go inside while I waited outside. The hospital management should consider this issue.

That being said, this is a wonderful hospital and has some of the most exceptional doctors and nurses in labor and delivery. The doctor was amazing. Since this was our first child, there were many doubts and concerns, but the wonderful team took care of everything and made the entire process stress free. Dr. Arora and his team of nurses were attentive, kind, friendly, and very understanding. Thank you guys for helping my wife deliver our rockstar without any stress or complications.

The front desk at Victor Valley Hospital is the best. Every single member is amiable and great. I did not have to wait for too long in the hospital. I had a fast check-in and was seen by a doctor in less than 10 minutes. I am overall satisfied with this visit. I would recommend visiting this hospital to address your healthcare issues.

Would like to forget the nightmarish experience I had at Victor Valley Hospital as soon as possible. Had gone there to deliver my first child. The process was smooth, but the attitude of the nurses was ridiculous. They were more interested in whiling away time than taking care of the patient. I was starting to cramp, but the nurses who were chitchatting near my bed were least bothered to help. They were talking nothing about the medical profession. During the labor, I was given an individual room with a bed, but a day after delivery, I was shifted to another room which I had to share with four new mothers. The days and nights were spent in cajoling our babies to sleep. I can bet that all five of us did not have a wink of sleep during our stay here. I would never come back here.

The review might be a bit dated but still wanted to express my sincere thanks to the wonderful team at Victor Valley Hospital. I was in this hospital in January 2018 for severe stomach flu. It was a very bad situation, and my family was also not around. I visited the ER and got admitted to the floor. Once admitted, I was treated like royalty. Every staff member whom I interacted with were very professional, yet compassionate and ready to listen to my concerns. They made me feel very comfortable. In fact. I sometimes felt that I was at Hilton or some other premier hotels rather than being in a hospital. This was the best hospital experience I have ever received in my life. THANK YOU, Victor Valley for employing such wonderful people in your staff!!! To all the staff members who helped me during my stay, a special thank you!!!

I am truly impressed with the staff – pre-op, surgical, post-op, every single member. I had undergone a left knee replacement in June 2017 and boy was I treated well. I was looked after very well. Highly impressed. They were very caring and always ready to help me. They ensured that I never felt that I had undergone major surgery and would have to wait for six months to a year to get back to normal life. Thank you, guys, for everything!!!! You would always be in my prayers.
