My mother had her mammogram here. It was our first visit to Verde Valley Medical Center, and we are truly satisfied with the care that we received here. We were able to meet highly knowledgeable people who did not hesitate to answer our questions. Every single person who we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. My mother was very satisfied with the way things went here. I will highly recommend this great hospital.

Awful!!!! Awful!!!!! Awful!!!!

Please do not visit this shithole. The doctors and nurses have no clue on how to run a hospital and how to treat a patient. They make a patient stay for a long time, and then when things start becoming worse, they conveniently discharge the patient and refer to some other place.

I was one such patient and the doctor whom I saw for a second opinion was shocked looking at the care that I got. She was wondering how a doctor could make such a basic mistake and put my life in jeopardy. Luckily, things were no so bad and thanks to the wonderful doctor, I am back on my feet.

Please avoid this shithole. One will be safe as long as they do not step into this hospital.

I was referred to Verde Valley ER by my PCP. The ER staff of Verde Valley Medical Center were highly skilled and compassionate. I was examined in a quick time. The nurses and physicians listened to me (which is very rare), ran all the required tests in a timely manner and shared the results of the same with me.

I am thrilled that the hospital staff treated me like a person and not just a number or "another patient."

Cleanliness wise, this facility was super clean. Absolutely no complaints!!!! Very glad that my PCP referred this place to me.
