They know how to handle a cranky toddler and a hyper parent.

I had to visit the ER after my toddler started pulling his ear and was crying incessantly. We went at 7:00 pm. The ER nurses were very helpful and tried to calm him down. One or two nurses came with some soft toys for him to play with while we waited for the doctor. The doctor arrives, plays with him and then inspects the ear. She was able to find the cause… a plugged ear with a tiny object very dangerously close to the eardrum. The plug and the object were removed, and he felt immediate relief.

Thank you for taking great care of my son. My wife and I appreciate it.

Did not have a pleasant ER experience at this hospital. The care was okay, but I felt that the nurses and doctor were not really interested in offering the best possible care. Their intent seemed to be rushing through the care. The doctor acted as if he was listening to me but did not provide any answers or explanations when I asked him questions and voiced specific concerns.

He did a terrible job of masking his irritation on being asked questions. Not sure if I would like to revisit this ER. I did not get the positive and welcome vibes!!!!

I was admitted for a few days on the floor after being detected with aggressive pneumonia. The staff was friendly and caring. They were highly professional and very competent. They were attentive to all my wants and needs and ensured that my stay was comfortable. Their care was very good and thanks to them, I was back on my feet very quickly.

Truly appreciate the efforts put in by doctors and nurses to ensure that I recover entirely from my illness.
