Valley View Hospital is an asset to our community. I had undergone a major back surgery at this hospital. The care which I got here was something which words cannot explain. The doctors, surgeon, nurses, aides, support services gave me the best care possible. Even when I had some unexpected complication, the doctors took good care of me. They did not lie, and that impressed me a lot. Despite the minor hiccup, I was able to recover completely from the surgery.

Considering the care that I got here, I do not think I would even hesitate to seek care here

Freaking ridiculous!!!! I was asked my PCP to get in touch with a cardiologist as he had some concerns regarding my heart. I have been calling these idiots for four weeks now, and all I get is “we will get back to you.”

Now, I know getting a specialist’s appointment is a tricky one, but at least they could be truthful about it. They could say that it is packed and we will not be able to fit you in etc..instead of making me try for so long.

I have had enough and have decided to schedule my appointment somewhere else, where they will be more truthful.

My PCP had some issues with my physical and wanted me to get my scans redone. I was shit scared and nervous when I heard about it. The ultrasound tech could make out that I was panicking and very nervous. She took out time and made sure that I was reassured before I took the test. Very kind and compassionate, she very professional! Once the scan was completed, she came and gave me a big hug and said, “you are fine…nothing to worry.” I am thankful that she did not see the tears of joy that was flowing from my eyes!

Valley View Hospital took exceptional care of my wife and her sister after they were involved in an accident and some bad injuries. The first responders, doctors, nurses, tech, and even the support services were exceptional. Thanks to the care provided, I have got my wife back and she her sister. Thank you
