From the time we reached the hospital in early morning hours till the time my father was taken to surgery, he received outstanding care. The staff was very friendly. Very professional. Every single member that we interacted with during the time here was amazing. They were caring, compassionate, and professional. The social worker and the therapists were also great. Everyone treated my father as one of their own and not just another number or patient.

The exceptional care continued even during recovery. My family, father, and I are happy that this community has finally got a medical institution that cares for its patients. Highly impressed!!! Appreciate it

My fiancée Chanelle was admitted to this hospital for a life-threatening medical condition. This was back in 2016. Her ICU nurse was amazing. She treated my love with due respect and dignity. She was compassionate and caring. Chanelle was there for a month and did not have even single bedsore. Her bed was kept very clean. She was turned around very regularly.

Long story short, she got very efficient care. I am eternally grateful to VBMC for the care that they provided to Chanelle

The ER team at Valley Baptist Medical Center was amazing. I had to visit the ER today morning, 1:30 AM to be precise, and have to say got the most fantastic care. The entire team was very cohesive and highly efficient. More importantly, they had the time and the attitude to listen to the patients. They provided comprehensive care. I was walking out at 4:00 AM, an absolutely satisfied man. Very happy to have this hospital in the neighborhood

Worst ER experience ever. I had to be rushed to VBMC ER via ambulance. The drive took nearly an hour, but the care and evaluation took hardly five minutes.

I was taken in, and a sleepyhead came, saw me, scribbled something, and then went off. She did not even ask what my ailment was. I wanted to ask few questions about my problem, but she would have none of it. By the time I cleared my throat to ask her, she was gone.

I was however in the hospital for nearly five hours – waiting for discharge. Even though the doctor dismissed me, I was made to wait in the hallway with the f****ng IV still attached to me. I was discharged after five hours…the final diagnosis – nothing major. Cannot believe that I wasted my precious time coming here!!! Never again!!!!
