The hospital has its own positives like doctors and specialists work real hard to make patients feel at ease and they do have good advanced technology to cope with difficult situations and I have seen them doing their best despite the difficult environment they are in.

But on the other hand, the hospital operations run poorly. Their administration staff, in my opinion need to undergo a thorough training. Plus their maintenance of the whole place also needs to improve. The place is pretty much dirty and I have heard of people catching infection from the hospital as they got discharged from here.

I don’t think anyone should go in here unless they do no have any other option and even if one has to, they should be extra careful and take good precautions against infections.

I had a wonderful experience here and was treated quite well by the hospital staff. I have also heard from my close friends that this place is great for trauma treatment.

When I was there what I loved the most about the place was jungle sounds playing in the courtyard the whole time. The sounds of chirping birds, raindrops and waterfall playing the whole time helped calm down my nerves and relax properly.

It’s a big place filled with staff who are large hearted and committed to taking care of their patients.

I have been an in patient here thrice and an out patient many a times and every time I am here I have only experienced the good. So, I have no complaints about the place. I have had a few procedures and two major surgeries here at this hospital and I clearly remember and I am grateful that the specialists went out of the way to ensure that I feel good and comfortable the whole time.

The place has the latest tech combined with wonderful staff, especially doctors and nurses whose sole aim is their patient’s well-being. I don’t think there could be a better hospital than this and would definitely recommend this place.

The place is alright on the whole but nothing extraordinary I would say! I had a few medical issues because of which I had to be admitted here for 3 days. I found it very convenient to park here and the parking lot is easily positioned from the hospital from a patient’s perspective.

The nurses who attended to me were nice but I could see that the nurse to patient ratio was not fair and the nurses were overworked most of the time. Yet they managed things pretty well and took care of all the patients with equal dedication.

Then there were a few younger nurses who might probably be trainee staff; they didn’t seem to know much about the work they were doing and were highly dependent on senior nurses for even the most basic medical stuff.

The place is fine on the whole and I don’t think there is any harm going there and getting yourselves treated.

I was here to visit a relative, who underwent a surgery here and I found the place to be awesome. The rooms were clean, the lobby was well-maintained and the whole place was hygienic. Even the one who was admitted seemed to be completely satisfied with the place, the doctors and the nurses who were treating her

I took a complete tour of the hospital after my visit and found that apart from the medical facilities and the people who worked there, even the cafeteria and their gift shop were class apart and had wonderful stuff.

It is a huge hospital but not even once did I get lost because there was someone or the other to guide me around.

This review is not about the services provided by the hospital or the staff working there. All those aspects of the place are decent enough and quite acceptable.

But what gave me a shock of my life was their billing practices. I was at their ER once and I had paid in full because they informed me that I was not eligible for some assistance or something similar. And later, after many months, I receive a second bill of the same amount from them.

When I ask them to clarify the whole thing, they come up with some lame reason, that this is not taken into consideration, you are not eligible for this and for that and what not. I have never seen such cheats in my life.

I would definitely stay away from the place because of their dishonest billing practices.

I underwent a surgery here and was admitted for four days as a part of the recovery process. These people have out of the box solutions for everything and I am impressed with the way they handle their patients.

For most part, I was taken good care of by the nurses and the other staff in the hospital. I could see that slowly things are undergoing a change and that too a good one. I say this because I have had previous experiences which were not so great. And now I see that things have become better and I hope it keeps getting better. Happy to see them putting efforts!
