Guys, please pick up the phone. You are paid for answering the calls…

I tried calling this f*****g hospital for getting an appointment, and I must have called at least 20 to 25 times, and nobody picked up the phone for the entire time. What is the use of having a phone when you people don't pick it up? Thanks to the idiots, I had to make a two-hour drive to get an appointment. Things were not easy at the hospital also. I asked the front desk for help, but she was clueless about what to do with my request, sent me on a tour of the hospital. I finally had enough and walked out without getting an appointment. Have never seen such levels of incompetence.

I have visited this hospital three to four times over the past two years and have always come back satisfied. The place is wonderful. They have surely put in a lot of hard work just to make sure you do not get that icky hospital feeling. The staff is also wonderful. They are friendly, courteous, caring, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Visited the hospital several times for different reasons, and every single time, I was treated respectfully, and the quality of care matched the standards of the big daddies out there. Keep it up, folks!!!!

Such a wonderful hospital, but such a shitty service. Came to the ER with a severe stomach ache and have been waiting for the past five hours. The triage was quick and had raised my hopes that I would be seen soon, but alas. There are still 13 people in front of me…the reason is the acute shortage of staff. Cannot blame the nurses and doctors for the delay…they are doing their best. How can the management turn a blind eye to these problems? It is high time University Medical Center authorities pull up their socks lest people stop coming here. I have certainly decided this is my last visit.

I love this wonderful hospital. The building is stunning. You can find some piece of artwork every few feet. One does not feel that you are entering the hospital. The staff is also wonderful….I’m sorry…they are exceptional. Had to visit the ER once last month and the quality of care just blew me away. I am very happy with the way UMC has treated me. The only blip was the tortoises handling the paperwork

I am bloody impressed with University Medical Center. The hospital is very spacious and gives out a warm feeling. I think this hospital has broken the norm that hospitals should be drab and have long hallways complimented by depressing lighting. What I liked the most was the fact that the hospital is thinking about the future and have places which can be utilized on an as-needed basis. I must say a big plus for the community. Would like to visit the place in case of any medical need

This is a beautiful hospital. The staff is great. They are very caring and helpful. The rooms are private and very clean. There is no trace of the old University Hospital. The triage was quick, and the quality of care was also excellent. I am happy that I live in the vicinity of such a beautiful hospital
