My mother went to this place for getting her gall bladder issue addressed. The care that she got was wonderful. Thanks to the outstanding care provided by the team of highly professional nurses and doctors, my mother was discharged within a few days. For the love of God, I cannot recollect the names of the nurses, but all of them were world class. They treated my mother as if she was their mom. This hospital genuinely cared for the well being of my mother. I can describe this place in one single word – AWESOME.

Worst experience ever. My sister had gone to see the doctor for a minor medical issue. What should have been a simple one hour or max two-hour visit turned into a 12-hour visit. They purposely dragged on the visit as it would allow them to fleece my sister’s insurance. What was more shocking was that the staff did not allow my sister’s friend to use the bathroom. Their reasoning – people always pee all over the floor. Come on, idiots; she is a 25-year-old girl, not a kid. Also, they left the station unattended for hours. My sister finally met the doctor, who tested her and gave all clear. The amount of time spent by the doctor – five minutes. We won’t step in again!!!!!!!

Outstanding staff who genuinely cares for their patient. They show genuine concern and are very professional. All the nurses and doctors ensured that my husband’s stay was comfortable. They kept both of us updated with regards to the treatment as well as the medications.

Staff was professional and courteous. They showed genuine empathy and did all that they could do to help relieve me of my pain. The ER floor was overcrowded. But the nurses ensured that I was comfortable and constantly updated me about the status. Once my turn came, the doctor explained what she intended to do for treating the pain and my condition. I was released after I improved enough to take a ride back home. Excellent care. Won’t hesitate to visit again

This hospital is unbelievable. I went to the ER with a cut on my finger. The ER staff, instead of stitching me up, gave me butterfly bandage. I was not seen by any doctor; an RN came and did it. Three days back, I get a bill from the hospital which contained a list of treatments which I never got. Funnily, it did not contain butterfly bandage.

The list claimed that I had blood work done and x-rays taken, which was not the case. I called up the hospital and gave them a piece of my mind. The billing department did not agree to their mistake at first but finally accepted that they might have messed up and promised to send the correct bill. I am still waiting for the bill. I have also informed my insurance about the same. I think they are running some sort of scam.
