Our daughter’s pediatric exam is done here. The staff who conducts the exam is a wonderful bunch of people who are genuinely concerned for their baby patients. We simply love our daughter’s pediatrician. He is a top-notch doctor who never gets flustered. My daughter can sometimes raise hell, and the pediatric room becomes a battleground for her. But whatever be the situation, her pediatrician is all smiles and carries on with his job. We did face an issue with one of the pediatricians who gave us outdated advice. Luckily for us, we did not interact with him after that.

All in all, a wonderful hospital that genuinely cares for its patients regardless of their age

These B%$#A$%S did not feed my wife anything after she underwent major surgery. She was nursing and was having a problem with feeding our baby because she was too weak to produce milk. But these heartless people did not allow her to eat anything. The reason, according to them, no food in the hospital and she is not ready for it. She was hungry for two days. Seeing the way she was eating after two days made my eyes swell up. If you want a better quality of care, then visit Mercy Hospital, where at least they have mercy on their patients and also feed the hungry.

I was living in Florida, and I had problems with my spleen and had to face a lot of health issues. Finally, unable to bear the pain and frequent bouts of illness, I decided to seek surgery and talked with my doctor about that. Then my work duties make me shift to this part of the woods. I end up getting sick and come to this ER with high fever and chills. I tell them about my spleen, and they conduct tests and confirm the same. They give temporary treatment and schedule my surgery within ten days. Today is the sixth month after my splenectomy, and I am free of frequent bouts of illness. This is an amazing place which is filled with some of the most wonderful group of medical professionals

My family is a Finley Hospital regular. Be it a toothache or a high fever or back pain, our first port of call is Finley Hospital. The hospital has always taken good care of my family and me. The nurses are amazing and ever ready to help. They ably support a group of some of the most talented doctors that one can find. Never been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Finley Hospital ER is one of the best ERs in the state of Iowa. I have been visiting this hospital for many years now. The hospital is clean; the staff treats people with great respect and very rarely do they give the chance to complain. The biggest plus point of the hospital is its billing department. I have never come across any issues with the billing department. Now that’s something great.

Finely Hospital sucks!!! We had rushed to the ER with a medical emergency but was turned away because they said there was no doctor. We could see one or two chatting away, but the nurse would have nothing of it. We had rush to another hospital with our bleeding child. Would never revisit this wretched hospital.

I visited Finley Hospital once and was in for a pleasant surprise. The staff was excellent. They had the courtesy of listening to me and then make a diagnosis. I never felt that I was being rushed. The wait time is reasonable. The on-call doctor was a nice lady. She had a beautiful smile and along with her wonderful team ensured that what was a painful and stressful day, became more bearable. Won’t hesitate to return if there is any medical need
