Pathetic ER staff!!!!!

I had the misfortune of visiting White County Medical Center ER a few nights back after a fall which resulted in immediate pain in my left ankle. The pain scale was 8/10. Well, this pain score resulted in the staff making me wait for more than five hours. By the time I was seen, my pain had reduced a little bit. This caused the doctors to misdiagnose me, and they sent me home with an ACE wrap and some pain medications. No imaging….

Guess what, I was at another ER within 24 hours as I was not completely alright. The ER doctor did an x-ray which showed that I had a minor fracture in my ankle. I was immediately put into a soft cast, and appropriate meds were given.

After this experience, I am not keen to visit White County Medical Center in my life again!!!!

This review is for the wonderful and compassionate staff at the cardiopulmonary unit. They are true saviors. They were able to understand my ailment and treat it to their and my satisfaction. The doctors, nurses, and specialists were great and kept us regularly updated. The support services were also fantastic. Highly impressed by this team. They are gems, and I would not hesitate to seek their services again.

I delivered my baby here back in January. It was a very pleasant birthing experience. The nurses and doctors were highly experienced and ensured that the entire delivery process went without any hiccups.

My regular doctor called in sick on the day of delivery, but the lady who replaced her was also an excellent doctor and assured me that things would go fine and it did go fine.

I had to stay for a few days here, and the care even during this stay was exceptional. I am very impressed with the treatment I received here

This hospital lies and cheats its patients. The care is okay…but the billing department is atrocious. I underwent treatment and went to the billing department where the idiots forced me to agree to the 12-month plan. I made the initial payment, and even before I could leave the counter, I was told that I owed them $100 more.

Why, because I delayed setting up the plan….WOW…never saw that one coming….more payment because you folks were adamant on setting up a particular payment plan…if you want more money, you could ask it in a fair manner, and nobody would object. I will try to make payment ASAP and then kiss this hospital goodbye forever.

The staff was very rude to my wife. She was brought in today morning and underwent surgery and has been asked to stay for two days for observation. The charge nurse was very rude to Betsy and talked in a loud voice. She did not come when we pressed the call button. She came after two hours. We did not call her for chitchatting…we had called her for getting the meds. The doctor was also no better…

Just waiting to get the stay over as quickly as possible and then we can say a final goodbye to this shithole. Yeah, taking our business somewhere else

I had a pleasant ER experience at White County Medical Center ER. The doctor and nurses addressed my emergency in a very quick time. My emergency was not a major one, but it was an emergency, and I required immediate care.

The nurses and doctor got down to my care, and I was stabilized very quickly. Thanks to their excellent work, I was walking out of the ER after three hours. Keep it up, folks!!!

Everything went off very well here. Right from the admissions to the discharge, things went off very smoothly. I had to get a scan, and things were excellent there also. The tech was a great person. Very friendly and jovial. The entire process got over within two hours despite there being a rush. Really appreciate it
