IMHO, this hospital is the best-equipped hospital in the entire Wichita Falls region. These folks have got trauma rooms and have the capability to handle different types of cases. The staff is very professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Things move seamlessly in this wonderful hospital. Very happy that I sought care here. No hesitation in returning if the need arises, which I hope won’t come in a very long time

A disappointing visit to the ER. The nurse was very rude to my child. She had not heard of patient privacy and was discussing the details of other patients with her colleagues. I came to the ER with my teenaged son, who had a bad fall and had a swollen right ankle. The ER was nearly deserted when we reached there, but still had to wait there for nearly an hour-and-a-half to be seen. He was finally called back to the room where the doctor without even ordering imaging diagnosed his wound as a sprain and gave OTC Tylenol as well as a brace.

When his pain did not subside, I took him to another hospital where an x-ray revealed a fracture. Could not believe how callous this hospital is…Won’t step in again

Nobody plans a stay in the hospital, and an emergency is a bit setback to the patient and the family. My wife was doing her chores when she suddenly felt dizzy and fell; the wind knocked out of her system. She was rushed here and was admitted to the neurology unit through the ER. The professionals working in the neurology section took great care of my beloved and made me feel comfortable while I was there. She spent a few days there. The staff, which included the housekeeping and food services also, took excellent care of my wife. They did not give us a chance to complain about anything. The doctors, as well as the nurses, were great and kept me updated about her progress. Very pleased with the service we have got here
