This hospital treated my loved one in an exceptionally professional manner. He had met with a serious accident, and the hospital staff did not waste their time in completing the paperwork. A nurse called his parents and gave them directions to the hospital while the other team members were busy trying to save his life. He was taken to the operating room through the ER and then shifted to ICU where he stayed for a few days and then a step-down unit for another three days. These people were like angels to us. Our family is very pleased with the way our loved one was treated. Thank you!

I am a regular here but have never received such a shitty service ever. The front desk lady was very rude and shouting at people. The triage and ER nurses were also no better. The doctor was in a tearing hurry and ended my evaluation in less than two minutes. The accompanying nurse did not even allow me to ask questions. I was given a script for OTC meds…WOW!!! Waiting for so long, bearing with the rude behavior, all for a script of OTC meds. I think I would be passing this hospital next time a medical emergency arises.

Thank you, folks, for taking excellent care of my sweet princess. The nurses and the MD were very accommodating. They kept checking my princess every few hours to make sure she was doing well. They did not waste time in taking her in and started the treatment immediately. We had an overnight stay and were out of the hospital early morning next day. Thank you for providing such wonderful care

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS HOSPITAL

They lack empathy and do not know how to react to a situation. The nurses are highly incompetent and should not be in this profession. The doctor was good, but one lone person cannot mask the glaring inadequacies of this hospital. It should be shuttered

So, had a quick visit to the ER after a minor kitchen accident. The team was very friendly and took me in immediately. I was taken to the patient room after a reasonable wait time. The doctor was beside me within a few minutes. She was a wonderful person who greeted me with a beautiful smile. She had excellent bedside manners. She talked with me and inquired how the accident happened and then made a proper diagnosis. Very pleased with this wonderful doctor and her treatment

Absolutely abysmal ER!!!! I had to wait for nearly four hours to get the results of simple blood work. There was no communication between me and the staff as to when would I get the result. The staff also lacked the decency to check what had happened and why was there a delay. I could have visited my home, which is an hour’s drive at least twice. Won’t be back!!!

I had an unbearable ER wait. But the care which I got after the wait time was something to cherish. The staff was very friendly and treated me well. The professional care which I got after the long wait time was something which I had never expected. Thank you all for taking good care of me. All of you would be in my prayers. I won’t hesitate to recommend this hospital to friends and family and to anyone who needs quality care…
