I had my baby here. The experience that I had here while delivering June was absolutely amazing. The nurses were amazing and provided outstanding care. The doctor was also amazing and took great care of me. The detail to attention and the attentiveness to my needs was something that I have never experienced anywhere else. Very pleased. If I want more children, then this is the place that I would be coming

I cannot understand the billing of this hospital. I would not even hesitate to say that this hospital has the worst billing departments in the country.

The dumbos have no shame in sending out the statements as well as group charges together. This results in us spending time trying to match the costs with the explanation of benefits claim. I once complained them about this, but it seems that it fell on deaf ears.

I had sought treatment here last month, and I received a bill few days back. It was the same. I called them again to complain, but going by the tone and tenor of the executive who answered the call, I came to the conclusion that they were least interested in fixing this since it was beneficial to them. For us, OTOH, it is a real pain in the a**.

The care is also nothing to write about…Average, at best.

I had to seek emergency medical treatment here sometime back. A Californian, I was here on a visit when I fell ill. The bill which I got at the end of the stay was less than $400. If it was in California, this would have been easily about $4000 and more.

What's more, this facility employs some exceptional nurses and doctors. The staff is very kind, courteous, and compassionate. I would not be using the services of the hospital again but would not hesitate to recommend this excellent hospital to everyone in the area.
