I got excellent treatment at this place. They offered great service. There was a quick response to any questions as well as care. The security, registration, and admission, everything went off smoothly. I had suffered 1st-degree burns after hot oil fell on me. I was seen promptly by an excellent doctor (Holy Lord, cannot remember his name) and his team. They knew what they were doing, and before long, I was on my way out. Thanks to the wonderful doctor and the nurses, I ended up without any major problems

Rude!!! Very, very rude!!!

I had visited the hospital when I was 37 weeks pregnant. I had gone there for reasons completely unrelated to my pregnancy. I was seeing the doctor when something fell from my hand. Since I was not able to see what it was, I asked the doctor to please check what it was. She was rude and told brusquely, “that’s none of my business. If you want, check it yourself.” She was blind because she could not see that I was heavily pregnant…I just got up in the middle of the examination and asked her to discharge me as I did not trust her care. She was indignant when I said that. I did not say a word after that and sought care at Wilson Hospital which offered MUCH BETTER SERVICE than this.

This is a terrible place run by quacks who do not know anything about medicine. My wife had gone there seeking care for her rashes. She specifically told the nurses and the doctors that there were certain medicines that she was allergic to. The quack in the ER sees her and then prescribes the same medicines which she is allergic to. When pointed out, the quack told my wife…he is a doctor and knows everything. This is the medicine that is going to be prescribed for her, and it would not be changed…WOW!!!! So much for compassion and care…

Would never enter this place again.

I was visiting my relative in the hospital, so this is strictly a visitor’s review.

The nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors who took care of my relative were professional and knew what they were doing. My relative was very satisfied with the treatment. The facility itself is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Not only the medical team but the support staff was also very kind and considerate. They ensured that my relative was very comfortable during this stay here. Worth visiting for seeking care…

I am not sure about other people, but I have always had a wonderful hospital experience whenever I visited UHS Binghamton General. Everybody is friendly and won’t hesitate to wish you or give a smile. My family members and I have been here nearly five to six times over the past year for different reasons, and every time we have been treated well. The nurses are very kind, compassionate, and caring. The doctors are very caring, professional, and highly knowledgeable. My last visit to the hospital was due to a mystery illness. I was burning from inside, but I was sweating like a hog on the outside. Seeing my condition, two hospitals did not accept me. I reached the hospital and told the nurse about my situation. The nurse took me in, and within a matter of 30 minutes, the doctor was beside me. He ordered fluids and ran some tests, determined the cause of my fever, and started appropriate treatment. Thanks to the wonderful effort from the ER team, I never had a recurrence. Will not hesitate to visit this place in the future
