Lazy Bums!!!! Terrible emergency room!!!!

We had met with an accident, and my wife had some serious injuries on her arm, and blood was dripping from her hand. We rushed here since this was the nearest ER. It was a big mistake. We were confronted with some of the laziest staff we could ever meet. The registration lady was rude and did not have any empathy. The nurse who was supposed to check us in was missing in action, and we ended up waiting an hour before we could be checked in…

We saw the doctor an hour after checking in, and all that a*****e did was clean the wounds and do some patchwork on both of us and discharge us. We ended up going to another hospital which took excellent care of us. My wife also had a fracture of her hand, which the idiots at UCI did not see. Worst experience ever!

I visited the ER after my daughter suddenly felt ill. The folks at UCI provided optimal health care. It was a wonderful experience. I appreciate the ER staff who took excellent care of my princess. They played with her, and she was able to respond positively to care. Would like to visit UCI in the future for all medical needs

Needed to visit the emergency room a few days back after developing chest pain and uneasiness. My wife brought me here. The ER staff was excellent and immediately got down on the job. They ran numerous tests and found that I had a mild heart attack. The doctors were wonderful and advised a two-day stay for observation.

The nurses and doctors were very professional and knowledgeable and always kept us in the loop. While getting discharged, they gave us copies of the test results for further reference. It is something which many hospitals do not do nowadays

The billing was also okay and did not give new shocks. Thanks to everyone at UCI for making me fit again

An excellent hospital which cares for its patients. A loved member of the family was admitted here for nearly two weeks. The doctors and the nurses took excellent care of her. They were very courteous and made sure that she was comfortable during her stay. Thanks to the wonderful care provided to her, the family member is on the mend and back in the comforts of her home
