Please save yourself and avoid getting in touch with the so-called Patient Representatives. They should be renamed as Hospital Representatives. They are only there to help the hospital and patients are a botheration for them. In fact, if you try to file any complaint against the hospital, you might have to face retaliation. The only option when it comes to complaining against this hospital is complaining to state resources which oversee the hospital permits, and individual licenses.

Hopefully, things will change then. Rest assured, despite saying otherwise, hospitals will not see any change from any sort of internal investigation!!!

This hospital has an incompetent male nurse who is not only non-caring but also horrible and rude. The psychologist was no better. My son was here, and the psychologist who came for evaluation did not want any of our opinions. She heard what the child said, and when we tried to put our point across, we were threatened with child protective services. I guess the psychologist would know our son better than we do. How I wish I would have never stepped into this shithole. These nincompoops have mentally scarred a minor. Please do not bring your children here. They do not deserve it!!!!

I am writing to inform people how caring and compassionate the crew at MCR is. To all those who are wondering if this the best place to receive care, then yes…this is the place to seek care.

My story goes like this – I stay in Wyoming while my wife and parents stay in Colorado. Last week, my wife suffered an accident, and first responders took her to MCR as it was the nearest hospital. The hospital staff called me up and told me in detail what happened and what was being done. They also promised to keep me updated, which they did.

The excellent team expedited her care. As I write this review, she is being given the best possible treatment that she needs and deserves. I'm very thankful to the entire staff. Thanks to them, I can feel reassured. I feel very comfortable and relieved that we have such institutions in our neighborhood.

I had a very good ER experience while I was at the Medical Center of the Rockies. The ER doctor and nurses provided outstanding care. The ER staff and the doctor were pleasant, professional, and responsive. The facility is spic and span which helps in giving a booster shot of confidence. I am impressed with what I got here, and I will return in case of any medical exigencies

I was last here in 2017 for a surgery. The care was so wonderful that I still remember it. The facility had a warm and positive vibe to it. Every individual whom I interacted with during my stay here were kind, compassionate, and very helpful. They certainly knew how to calm down a hysterical person. The nurses talked to me and made me comfortable. The surgeon also played her part in making me calm down. The surgery was a success, and till date I have not had any issues. Hopefully, I would not have to avail the services of this hospital, but if needed I know that I would be in safe and caring hands
