One of the worst hospital experience ever. I have heard horror stories about this hospital before, but I never gave much thought to it as I felt that it was by some pissed off patients. However, my visit two days back opened my eyes.

I went there with a high fever. I was taken back to the room after being kept in a cold ED waiting room for nearly four hours. The doctor and the nurse who saw me were horrible. Their bedside manners were pathetic. The doctor asked me the same question at least four times. Worse, I was forced to undergo a pregnancy test even after telling these bozos that I had undergone a total hysterectomy.

Though this visit did me no good, it did make me feel worse than before.

Would never step into this shithole again

Hospitalized for nearly 15 days and received amazing treatment. Doctors, specialists, and nurses were fantastic. The entire hospital felt warm and very welcoming. I did have an issue with the follow-up clinics, but then it was sorted out very quickly. I will not hesitate to return in case of any need. Fantastic hospital!!!! Keep the good work going

My father was admitted to UAMS Medical Center this past February for both knee removal, clearing of infection, and total knee replacement. These people treated my father very well. Every single department and individual we interacted during our 25-day stay was AMAZING! Absolutely, no complaints! The staff walked that extra mile to make his stay more comfortable. They are very personable, and there are not enough words that could help me praise them. People can post negative reviews, but positive reviews are also required

Thanks to very professional staff, my wife had a very comfortable stay here. Everybody was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that Sam did not have anything to worry while she was seeking care here. Very satisfied with the way Sam was treated here. Grateful and appreciate it
