Make no mistake, the folks who run the show here should be praised…This is a huge place, and running an institution like this is no mean feat.

My family has been to various departments of this hospital, and everywhere we have received positive experiences. Yes, there have been few instances where the service was no up to the standard, but thankfully it was few and far between. My family won’t hesitate to return here for any medical needs

The ER wait time is unbelievable. I have been sitting here for nearly five hours, and these guys do not have even the minimum courtesy of informing me how long it would take to get seen. I cannot go to any other hospital nearby because of insurance issues.

I am not the only person waiting. There are few others who have been waiting for nearly six to seven hours. It is appalling that the nurse triages a person quickly, but the same zeal is not shown when it comes to the doctor seeing the patient.

I will wait for another 30 minutes, and if I am not seen by then, I am leaving…for good!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Tucson Medical Center. I was in-patient for a week, and the staff took exceptional care of me. In fact, the care was consistent. Be it the ER or the ICU or the floor, the quality of care was excellent. The nurses were very friendly and caring. The doctors were highly knowledgeable and did not hesitate to discuss my situation with me and keep my family updated.

There was no scope or chance for making any complaints. Highly recommended

The Radiology Department at TMC ROCKS!!!! The staff is exceptional. They sure know how to handle tricky situations. My son was not too comfortable getting an MRI, and he made it clear to everybody.

The tech was a cool guy who talked with him, showed him around, gave a stuffed toy…in short did everything to convince him there was nothing to be worried about. It did work, and to our pleasant surprise, Mark agreed to get the MRI done.

Thank you, folks, for making what was supposed to be a stressful day into a pleasant experience

They are unbelievable….understaffed and rude to no extent. The doctors and nurses in the ER and the floor were very rude to my mother. They tried to run her down for everything. I tried to talk calmly, but the nurses shouted me down also.

I did not wait for the treatment to complete. I got my mother discharged and got her admitted to another hospital where she was given due respect and treated in a very professional manner. I will not come back and would also spread the word around about the rudeness and the arrogant behavior of these idiots!!!
