I was visiting my friends when I fell ill and had to seek medical attention. I was brought to the TMC ER by my friends. The care which I received here was exceptional. Besides the excellent medical care, the doctors and the nursing staff was amazing. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended

This review is specifically for the plastic surgery division of Truman Medical Center. The fellows who run the show at the plastic surgery division have too much air about themselves. I tried calling them up several times for an appointment. When I was finally able to get through, the person who answered the call asked me to come down for making an appointment.

I came down to the hospital and asked for an appointment for a surgery….never saw the sucker punch coming. I had to pay a substantial portion of my bill to guarantee a surgery date. I was shocked…hoped that these guys would call with the appointment date… Guess what, they forgot to call back, and I had to come down again to check my surgery date only to find out that there were no dates available for next few months.

Highly dissatisfied…I have decided to shift my business to another hospital and another doctor

The emergency room staff is friendly, professional, and very caring. I was taken in within minutes of arrival and then back to the room within an hour, had x-rays, got results, and then got appropriate meds. The whole visit lasted less than three hours. Very happy…..
