I have no clue on how to address my problem. The care is okay, but these guys just cannot get my name correct. I was here thrice and all, three times, they got my name wrong.

The first two times, nurses in the ER got my name wrong, and when I pointed out their mistake, they had the gumption to say that I was lying and what they got was correct. I showed them my ID and asked them to correct the error.

The last visit was even more embarrassing and irritating. I sought care here and went to the billing department. These f****rs got my name wrong again. This time, they entered my lawyer's name on the bill. I had given my insurance details and also told that I had a lawyer (for something totally unrelated). These people ended up getting my name wrong again.

I am fed up with getting them to correct my name which is not an easy process.

The only solution that I have in mind is saying bye to this place and going somewhere else. Well, that’s worth trying

This was my first visit to the TriStar Southern Hills ER, and I was pleasantly blown away by the care I received here. The doctor and the nurse were wonderful. The nurse was very friendly and calmed me down. The doctor was an amazing guy who treated me with respect. He heard me, ordered few tests and then came down and explained it to me. I was walking out the ER three hours later, completely satisfied.

A sincere and heartfelt thank you to every single individual who was involved in my father’s care. Everybody, starting from the front desk to nurses, doctors, assistants, aides, tech guys, even the support services, were very professional and did their job very well. My family appreciates the efforts taken by the entire staff to provide comfort measures while my father was here during his last days

I was admitted to the hospital following complications from a surgery performed at another hospital. The doctors and nurses did a great job of not only handling the complications but also ensuring that I was comfortable during the stay here. The nurses were very attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable and updated my family about my progress. Thanks to their efforts, I was walking out of the hospital much earlier than anticipated.
