Trust these bozos to screw up everything. How can a medical professional do these basic mistakes…I even get a doubt about whether these people are really qualified professionals or not.

I had gone to TriStar Greenview Hospital ER last month after severe back pain. The PA who saw me was insistent that I pulled a muscle. I told her that I did not do any gym recently, and this pain has been going on for the past two months. She would not hear me. Fast forward to two weeks back…the pain becomes unbearable, and I end up at TriStar Greenview again. The ER team this time runs a basic urine test (which the PA during the earlier visit did not do), which shows that I have a kidney infection, which according to them was due to negligence.

Thanks to the f*****g b****** in the TriStar Greenview ER, I ended up with a completely avoidable kidney infection. I would never step in again. Who knows these idiots might diagnose a heart attack as a muscle pull.

The ER staff was excellent. They took great care of my father. The doctor was a kind soul and a thorough professional. He treated my dad with the utmost care and respect. He did all the tests and scans that were absolutely necessary. He had the patience to address all the questions that we threw at him. The nurses were also great. They gave my dad an awesome treatment. The time it took to be taken in and then back to the room was less than five minutes. The doctor saw him and referred tests which were all completed in less than an hour. My dad ended up getting admitted here and was discharged two days later. Have to say, TriStar Greenview has compassion and care. Thanks and three cheers to the awesome people for the excellent care provided to my dad

Ended up at Greenview for an outpatient procedure. Received phenomenal care from the staff. The nurses had years and years of experience. The lab nurse and the nurse who set up an I.V. had a minimum of 25 years of experience, and it reflected on their work. They were very gentle, and I.V. was set up in less than a minute. Everyone whom I encountered during my procedure was very friendly. The staff made sure I did not have any doubts before undergoing the procedure. Thank you

My family has been a regular at this place. They offer a great service. The staff does not hesitate to treat you with love, care, warmth, and respect irrespective of your color, race, or insurance. At TriStar Greenview, you always feel welcome. At other places, you are just a statistic.
