One of the ridiculous hospitals that people might come across. They violate laws with impunity; be it HIPAA, EMTALA, and or any other law which is related to patient privacy and patient rights. The dickheads who staff this hospital are so incompetent that if they are not able to diagnosis you within an hour, then they will discharge you with whatever diagnosis they can think off. Also, the nurses do not know basic things like drawing blood, etc. A nurse blew my vein while drawing my blood. The diagnosis which I got was indigestion and related effects when I went with a severe lower pelvic pain.

AVOID IT FOR YOUR SAFETY

Had a slip-and-fall few days back. The staff at Tripoint Medical Center handled the issue with tact and professionalism. They were helpful and understanding. I was in a lot of pain. They gave a pain med so that they could work through the mobility issues while i was undergoing tests. I am very happy with the excellent service that I got here. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you

Excellent Emergency Department and outstanding staff. They genuinely care for their patients. I was passing through the state when I suddenly felt severe chest pain and drove through the ER. The staff was attentive, and while my insurance details were being worked out, the team had already started my treatment. Few tests are conducted, and it was diagnosed that I had suffered a mild heart attack. I ended up staying for two days. I was treated with care and respect during my stay there. Once the doctors were fully satisfied that there would be no further problem, they discharged me. Very satisfied with my treatment

Some of the most amazing employees that one could come across. They do not discriminate you based on tests or insurances or race or color. They are very helpful. I had come here the first time for a blood draw and was treated affectionately and humanely. The next time I visited this hospital was for a CT scan, and the staff was again at their best. They not only guided me to the lab but also walked me out of the hospital. Not sure if everybody got the same respect, but I definitely loved the warmth and respect I got here…not complaining.

The ER staff at TriPoint sucks. They are disrespectful, lacking compassion, are rude and a disgrace to the medical fraternity. I had heard nurses talking about their sex life and other personal details over the phone when patients were waiting for their turn to be seen by the doctors. The nurses are rude to young adults and children. They look down at you and treat as if you are junkies. I was handled very roughly by a male nurse who thought that just because I was alone, he could do anything. He got it back in equal measure. I took his snap and have warned him that the police would soon be knocking at his door.

The service rendered is also despicable. I won’t step in again. I am taking my care elsewhere
