Family Medicine team at this hospital needs to pull up their socks; especially Dr. Strohman. They were unable to treat my husband’s illness. Despite spending nearly three weeks, these so-called specialists were not able to determine why Josh was having intermittent fevers and weight loss. They ran every test possible, but nothing came out of it. We shifted his care to another hospital, and the doctors were able to understand what ailed my Josh, and he is responding to medicines.

We won’t be back to this hospital

I do not care what others say, but this is one of the best hospitals in the entire state of Philadelphia. Everyone whom I encountered during my stay here was professional. The nurses, nursing aides, and the doctors were exceptional. Very happy with my treatment at this place. There were one or two instances of rudeness, but I would put it down to long work hours and frustration and nothing else. I will not hesitate to return.

Underwent a spine surgery here a few months back and it was an enjoyable experience. The surgeon was a wonderful person who explained the operation to my wife and me in great detail. The surgeon encouraged us to ask questions and only when he was assured that we did not have issues did he proceed with the surgery.

The preop, surgery, and postop nursing assistance were exceptional. The nursing staff were very professional and made sure that I was not nervous and well prepared for the operation and the postop period as well. I want to return in the future to get treated for any ailment. Keep up the excellent work!

The nursing staff at TJUH is out of this world. Very professional, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They did not give me any chance to complain. The nurses also kept me and my family updated about my progress and also told me how to avoid any recurrence. I am not sure if any other hospital would have nurses who would do such a thing. And yeah, not one person hesitated to greet and give a lovely smile whenever they came into the room or were passing by.

That is called taking exceptional care of your patients. Would highly recommend this excellent hospital to everyone whom I know
