Valley Medical Group is the best. It provides amazing service and has staff that gives importance to detail, especially when it is concerned with patient care. Valley Medical Group has been the port of call for every single medical need of my family and me. We have our specialists and also primary care here, and they have given us their best. Not planning to seek care elsewhere

Valley Medical Group follows an unethical business of not informing that Bergen Anesthesia is not part of their billing and is also not in the network. I think they are doing this purposefully. I was admitted here and underwent surgery. My insurance pays off everything, and I get a letter stating the same. Five months down the line, I get a bill, and a call from a collections agency stating my bill for Bergen Anesthesia is pending. I was baffled and only when I called them up and inquire did these idiots tell me that they are not part of them. I paid off the bill to avoid getting a negative mark to my credit score..

This hospital has always treated me well. I have visited this hospital for different reasons and have always been treated well. The staff ensures that they give their best shot and have always made sure that I am satisfied with care. The nurses and doctors are caring, friendly, courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable.

My last visit to this place was an ER visit. I had a fall and had pain in my knee. The x-rays showed everything was fine, but the ER doc was not convinced and ordered a CT scan, which showed a slight crack in the knee joint. Thanks to him, I was placed in a soft cast, and three weeks later, I am pain-free. Would not hesitate to come back to seek care
