Two visits to the ER over a period of three weeks for different reasons and the care both the times were fantastic. I had to wait for the minimal time possible. The folks were amiable and caring, but highly professional and very knowledgeable. The overall experience at this place was amazing. I will not be hesitating to come back again, which I hope would not be anytime soon.

My husband had to be admitted here for ten days, and not once did these folks give us a chance to complain. They were amazing and provided exceptional care. The ER doctors and nurses, as well as the doctors and nurses on the floor, were very professional. They did not give up when they could not get to the root cause of my husband’s illness.

Finally, after three days of testing, they were able to catch hold of the culprit and promptly started the treatment. My husband was very happy with the care and comfort he got during the stay here. I would not hesitate to come here in case my family or I need any medical help

This review is for the nurses and management. I was admitted to the hospital for some days, and all the nurses and doctors that I came across were completely overworked and just going through the motions. They did not have any empathy towards the patients, and I found one or two of them snapping at patients.

I do not blame them…it is the hospital management’s fault. They should make sure that there is an adequate number of nurses and doctors. If things go on like this, then I am sure disaster is just around the corner. The nurses or the doctors might snap or ending up misdiagnosing an ailment, or there could be some fatal mistake.

I have decided to shift my business to some other hospital, as I do not want to end up risking my life here

This review is to thank the exceptional nurses on the floor. They are highly professional and very knowledgeable. They are the best when it comes to providing empathetic and personal care. My sister was admitted here for some days, and she has not stopped singing paeans of this place. She informed how the staff was very attentive to her needs and the way the doctors and specialists treated her.

My sister was admitted for nearly a fortnight, and not once did she say that care got lax. It was the best at the start of the admission and remained the same until she was discharged. Thank you, Nebraska Medical Center, for taking good care of my sister. We appreciate it

I have always heard that this hospital was a chaotic mess, and I was able to witness it firsthand a few days back. I had visited this place to visit a friend who was admitted here. The staff took 15 minutes, yes 15 goddamn minutes, to find out about the room number of my friend. They spent five minutes looking at records and another 10 minutes on the phone….could not believe it…. I am happy that my friend got discharged quickly.
