Emergency room SUCKS!!!!! Terrible service!!!! The nurses and doctor (I think it was Dr. Gilbert Pineda) were very unprofessional and very rude. The doctor had no bedside manners. Dr. Gilbert did not go through past medical history. During the evaluation, kept on receiving calls and during one call went ahead and discussed my private medical information.

The doctor and nurses just gave me sedation and then sent me home. They did nothing else. I am kicking myself because I spent nearly three hours waiting in the freaking cold Emergency Waiting Room. If you on your deathbed, then come here, for everything else, please avoid this ER. I have decided to do so.

We had to avail the services of this hospital in July after our son fell ill and required urgent medical attention. Siobhan Smith was an angel. Siobhan went above and beyond in ensuring my son was given priority while getting care. Thanks to Siobhan, what started as a very stressful experience became easier to bear. We would highly recommend Siobhan as well as her department to anyone and everyone who visit here for care. Thank you, Siobhan, for everything that you have done for our son. We appreciate it

I have read numerous bad reviews about this hospital and always felt there might be something to it until my experience here.

I was visiting Aurora for work when I needed to visit this hospital due to an unexpected medical situation. The ER doctor and nurses took excellent care of me. I have to say I had the most pleasant ER experience here. The doctor and the nurses were very helpful and true professionals. If I revisit Aurora and have some medical issues (which I hope not), then I would not hesitate to come here again

My brother-in-law was admitted here for surgery. He had what could be called the best hospital experience ever.

The surgeon and nurses had excellent bedside manners. They were very polite and friendly. The nurses made sure that Rick was comfortable during his entire stay. They were also very professional and thorough with their care. Nobody likes coming to the hospital, but if the need arises, then you can visit this place.

Rest assured, they would walk that extra mile to help the families ease their anxiety as well as answering questions they might have regarding their loved ones
