Boy, was it quick? I was released from this hospital’s ER in less than an hour. Even though the ER was full of patients, there was a good flow, and I was taken back in just 10 minutes after being taken in. I was treated by Dr. Earl, a wonderful doctor who had excellent bedside manners and had that extra minute to hear out the patients. The doctor was to the point and did not waste time in ordering unnecessary tests. Highly appreciate the care which I got here

It could not get worse than this…

I had taken my father to this hospital after he suffered a fall and broke his wrist. The doctor ordered imaging, and my father was taken to the imaging area. He goes there, and these bozos prep him for an x-ray of his leg. When we ask why leg…the tech said “oopsie, wrong patient.” OOPSIE!!!!

I was pissed off. However, the horrible care did not end there. When we reached the pharmacy, the pharmacist did not give us meds because my father had reached his opioid limit. Another shock, my father never took opioids in his life….the pharmacist rechecks the Rx and lo behold...it was some other patient’s script.

The only thing they did correctly was the bill…the name on the bill was correct. Guess, these guys are working for money only and nothing else…patient care is the least concern

This review is particularly for Steven John Bardwell, DO. He is a fantastic doctor. Very caring, kind, and highly professional. The doctor will take all the steps to ensure that the patient is comfortable during the stay and is fully cured before leaving the hospital. Texas Health needs more people like Dr. Bardwell.
