Had to get a medical procedure done. I was checked in without any hassles. The staff was polite, compassionate, and very professional. While the medical procedure was not a success, what impressed me was the honesty, and the genuine concern showed by the surgeon and the nursing team. They explained why it was a failure and why I needed a major surgery over the next few days. Highly Impressed.

My mother’s ER visit soon became an ICU admission which then became a regular admission. The doctors conducted various tests for figuring out what was wrong and not just to inflate the bills. They did not just drug her, keep her for a few days and then discharge her without finding the root cause.

The tests revealed what was ailing my mother and the doctors promptly addressed all the issues that cropped up during the tests. Thanks to the outstanding care that my mother received from this team, she was able to recover quickly and was back on her feet within a month, something which was impossible to think off sometime back

It seems that the staff at Temecula Valley Hospital do not like their job and would give it anything to just get out of the hospital. They are very careless and least bothered about the patients. Thanks to these lazy bums, I had the worst hospital experience in my entire life.

I won’t get into details, but I can say that starting with the reception till discharge, whatever could go wrong went wrong. The receptionist Sherie was the worst of the lot and had no compassion for patients. These idiots even misdiagnosed me and tried to start medications for that, but my ever alert husband foiled their attempts.

He could not bear it any longer and decided enough was enough and got my case transferred to another hospital, where I got the best treatment ever. I won’t be back again and also would encourage others not to come here.

My brother had the best care he could ever get in a hospital. He was admitted for chest pain which ended up with him getting an angiogram. We were there for nearly a week, and not even once did we feel that the staff was not providing proper care. Everyone was amazing, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and very professional.

The staff explained everything and ensured that Bob was comfortable during his stay here. The very fact that people love coming here is due to the fantastic staff.

The food was…well, ok; but what the heck…it is a hospital and not a seven-star hotel. Seeing the excellent care that my brother was getting here, I have decided to shift my care here…
