WOW…..the doctors at this hospital have an amazing ability to diagnose a patient without even talking to them or getting some tests done.

I was having joint pains and wanted to check whether it was related to a recent fever that I had picked up. I was taken in within 30 minutes and after an hour of waiting, was taken back to the room. The ER doctor came after 15 minutes, saw the chart, and diagnosed me….with arthritis, of all things.

This guy did not even look at me nor order any tests or imaging, nothing…just from the chart, he was able to diagnose me with arthritis. Very bad….the doctor was pathetic. I did not fill the script and sought a second opinion from another hospital, which ruled the pain was due to the fever, which I had a few days back. I will never step in again!!!!

We were visiting our relatives when I had an unfortunate accident and ended up cutting myself pretty severely. I visited Urgent Care, which suggested visiting a hospital ER as the wound looked pretty deep. I went to the ER and was taken aback by the crowd in the ER. I thought I would have to spend the entire night here. But I was wrong. There was a good flow of patients, and after a reasonable wait, I was taken back, and the doctor stitched up the wound very professionally, and I was on my way back.

I am highly impressed with the outstanding care that I got here. The residents of Tawas city are lucky that they have such an excellent hospital in their neighborhood.

Thank you to every single individual involved in my care. Frankly, I never expected that I would get such wonderful care even at 2:00 AM. The nurses and doctors were amazing and provided outstanding care. The tech was a wonderful person and got the imaging done very quickly, and three hours later, I was walking out of the ER, completely satisfied

I despise people who crib a lot about this place. They want to stay in small cities, but then expect the care and amenities of big towns and cities. These guys are doing a wonderful job with the resources they have. Yes, there are some rotten apples, and one might have got some deficient service, but it does not mean the entire hospital is bad.

There are some beautiful people who put patient care first and ensure that the patient is comfortable and satisfied with care. I have been a regular here and have always got excellent care. They have not given me a chance to think about shifting my care to some other place

I had visited this hospital after experiencing some respiratory difficulties and shallow breathing. This came to head one night, and I ended visiting the hospital.

I was taken in very quickly. My vitals were taken, and then after a one-hour wait, I was taken back to the room where the doctor asked me to take a few deep breaths and then declared I was okay. I was shocked. There was no mention of any tests or even a cursory evaluation of my chest. I ain’t no doctor, but know that if a respiratory ailment persists for a long time then a detailed assessment is required. Can’t get over the fact that I drove two hours for this…..
