The physicians and nursing team who work at Swedish Medical Center are absolutely fantastic. They have genuine concern and do care for you. My father recently suffered a stroke. The ambulance took him to Swedish where he received the exceptional care.

The moment he was ushered in, the staff took over and started the care. A few minutes later, he was being taken in for surgery and few hours later, was being ushered out of the OR. They transferred his care to the ICU. Without these wonderful souls, I am sure I would have kissed my father goodbye for ever.

Staff was empathetic and very professional. I was visiting my friends here when I suddenly fell ill and started throwing up and was passing bloody stools and urine. I was taken in very quickly and then within a few minutes, was taken back to the room. I was evaluated by a wonderful doctor who ordered a few tests and explained the results to me.

I ended up getting admitted for a few days. The care which I got on the floor was similar or even better to the one which I got in the ER. I am fortunate that I was brought here. The staff ensured that I was completely recovered before discharging me. These guys even called up two days after my discharge to check how I was doing. I highly appreciate it.

Swedish Medical Center ROCKS!!!! They are the best and know how to take care of their patients. Be it the ER or the ICU or the floor, the attention you get here is exceptional and comparable to the big daddies in the industry. I had to visit the ER with my brother after he had an accident.

The wait time was very reasonable, and after the initial treatment, he was transferred to the ICU and then to the floor. He was there for a fortnight, and the care which Jeff got was exceptional. No chance for any complaints. Thank you, SMC for taking excellent care of my brother

I had an awful ER experience while I was here a few months ago. Reception is rude and dismissive. I was referred here from Urgent Care for a scan to confirm a diagnosis. The imaging room had only three people ahead of me, and they made me wait for four hours!!!!

The tech was also very rude and treated me like a nuisance. I am so over this hospital. I got the scans and promptly shifted my care to another hospital.

This hospital employs people who have no knowledge about medicine. I had gone there for a three-day migraine, and all the doctor did was give me some meds and inject a drug which I am allergic to. I told them I should not be given that particular drug and it was what these idiots gave me. Thanks to them, I ended up getting admitted to the ICU where I stayed for two weeks.

I won’t step in again and have shifted my business to another hospital.
