Straight AS*&)%^S!!

Went in at 8:15 AM, and it has been nearly four hours, and I have not been called in yet. The nurses are clueless about when would my chance come. When I arrived, there were 15 in the group, and now I am the only one left. A new bunch of people came, were taken back, and then walked out. I had an accident and am in severe pain

Sorry, no broken bones, no bleeding, then it is not an emergency. Oh wait, you have cough, please come….

Pissed off!!!! I would wait for an hour more and then walk off. Anyway, this is my last visit to this place. I won’t be back again. A hospital which discriminates a person based on an injury does not deserve my attention and money.

A bout of double pneumonia and I am admitted for nearly a fortnight. I was treated by a wonderful doctor (For Heaven’s sake, I am not able to recall his entire name, just Dr. N). He provided excellent care. He was kind and had the best bedside manners. He made it a point to come and inquire about my health every day and handled my care expertly. The nurse who was in in-charge was also lovely. She was very gentle. These two have got my full respect and gratitude. Besides them, every other individual was nice and very professional. Thank you

My 12-year-old caught flu and could not keep anything down. She was feeling nauseous and had malaise. We check into the hospital on Wednesday afternoon. It was overflowing, and we thought we might have to spend some time here. However, we got lucky, and Steph was taken back in immediately, and IV was started within 10 minutes. She was under the care of a wonderful nurse. It was her time off. One could see that she was exhausted, but then she chipped in and gave us the best service, checked up on Steph, explained everything in a language which we could understand. My daughter ended up enjoying her stay here. Thank you, Sutter Tracy for the wonderful service
