Best Medical Care in entire Solano County, manned by the most incredible and fantastic staff. The hospital is very clean and utilizes cutting-edge technology to take care of its patients. The medical center is helped in this endeavor by a highly competent and very caring staff. They are great and perform in a well-oiled manner. I would highly recommend Sutter Solano Medical Center over other facilities in this county.

I was rushed to this hospital via ambulance after I had sudden chest pain and left-hand numbness and pain. I was taken in quickly and then made to wait. Cannot blame them because the ER was overflowing. I was in pain but did not say anything because I was seeing how the nurses and doctors were running crazy and struggling to handle the flow.

Only when I felt the pain became very unbearable did I asked for pain meds, which was given quickly. My tests revealed that I had a heart attack. I was shocked. I was shifted to the 4th floor. The nurses on the floor were amazing! They dealt with me very appropriately. They were perfect.

Highly impressive

Absolutely horrible experience. The facility is good, but some of the nurses and doctors are downright rude and racist. I had gone there with my brother, who has dementia. The attitude of the nurses and doctor made me feel that it was my fault that he had dementia and had a heart issue.

As if this attitude was not enough, they ended up misplacing my brother’s belongings. They did not have any shame in acknowledging the theft but were not ready to own up their responsibility. I felt they were not happy with us coming there for treatment. Well, they have their wish fulfilled. I have decided to take our business to another facility where the patients are treated more humanely!!!!
