This is one disorganized hospital. The ER information desk does not know what is happening in the hospital. Don’t believe me, visit the hospital once and you would understand it.

I went to the ER for getting an x-ray. The lady told me I needed to go to registration first and gave me directions. Well, it turns out, the directions were wrong. Following her instructions, I got lost in the hospital. I ended up reaching the ER again and requested help. The lady got pissed off, rolled her eyes, and walked ahead of me and showed me the way with her hands. She was very rude. I reach the registration where they say that I need to visit the ER first and then come back. I waited for three hours at the ER and then left. I did not want to waste my time anymore. Probably, the most disorganized and unprofessional hospital ever. Or a classic example of “left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.” I will not seek care here again

Suburban Community Hospital does not follow HIPAA protocols. The staff is very unprofessional and have no shame in discussing the medical details of the patients with each other. The doctors are also worse when it comes to maintaining patient privacy. I visited the ER with chest congestion and breathing difficulties and was made to wait for nearly five hours before anyone even saw me. When it was my turn to be seen, the doctor just gave a breathing treatment and sent me off. While I am getting the treatment, I heard the nurses and doctors discussing details of other patients and making fun of them. Com’on folks, you think we are tone deaf and would not hear anything. Won’t step in again!!!

I had to visit the ER on a Saturday afternoon. The way I was received at the hospital was a pleasant surprise. The staff was smiling and took me in immediately. After a wait time of nearly 10 minutes, the doctor came and evaluated me. She spent nearly 15 minutes with me and took down all the details and ordered a blood test and a stress test. Both get done very quickly, and the results are negative. The doctor spent some more time discussing various measures to prevent a recurrence. I felt at ease and happy that the doctor was able to talk with me so freely. Maybe it was not a peak time, and there was no rush, but still, she did not rush me.

I am completely satisfied with the wonderful care that I got at this place

We are not from this place, so when my wife was brought here via ambulance, we were somewhat worried and not sure how we would be treated. But all our worries were laid to rest when we saw the care and attention that my wife got here. The staff was very friendly and immediately put us at ease. Every person we met went way above and beyond to take excellent care of Rosie. So caring, knowledgeable, and kind. They had the patience to listen and in the end provide excellent care
