Let’s admit it. Nobody likes to get admitted to a hospital, and in the unfortunate event of getting admitted, one would want to be admitted to a hospital like Stone Springs. They make the stay more bearable and even pleasurable. My care was in the hands of professional staff; they kept me in the loop. They ensured that I was taken good care of no matter the shift. I stayed there for three days and not even once did they give me a chance to complain. The ER nurses, doctors, the floor nurses, and doctor were great. A big shout out to all of them for not treating me like another number. No one likes visiting a hospital, but if the need arises, then go to Stone Springs. You will find excellent care and support

So, underwent an emergency gallbladder surgery. Excellent ER, surgery, recovery, and floor 2 care. Dr. Cross, as well as the nurses and staff, were AMAZING! They took great care of me. Thanks to the excellent care, I got discharged in pretty quick time. The only issue that is bugging me is the bill which I would receive later. The rates that have been negotiated are not good. But will cross the bridge when I get to it. As of now, very impressed with the quality of care.

Stone Springs Hospital is a GEM.

I underwent two outpatient procedures at this hospital. Both times, the procedures were successful. I work in the healthcare industry, and I am very impressed with professionalism, cleanliness, and security. The nurses and doctors are great. During both the procedures, the staff took good care of me. Despite being very new, Stone Springs has made its mark in the community. The hospital is immaculate. The main floor also houses the outpatient surgical area which is a good thing. The waiting room is also excellent, and my wife had a great time while waiting for me. The coffee shop and cafeteria are also good and have some excellent food. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Stone Springs is a good hospital with excellent staff. They are very professional and friendly. The only problem in this hospital is the billing department. I ended up with a $12,000 bill for a three-hour wait in the ER and a 10-minute procedure. Even after the insurance adjustment, I am still burdened with a 3k bill. Funnily they do not give itemized bill or electronic statements. It does not take much time. I called them and informed that I am ready to pay the money but just want a statement in the mail and an itemized bill. They have still not agreed to it. Can’t believe the whole thing. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Stone Springs Hospital is the best place for giving birth. The nurses, midwife and the doctor were great. Great teamwork, excellent attention to detail and very personalized care. That sums up my experience while I was at this hospital for giving birth. I'm happy that I was able to deliver here. The director is a super funny lady, yet attentive and disciplinarian. Loved Stone Springs Hospital and the entire team.
