My brother underwent surgery at Steele Memorial Medical Center. His surgeon was an amazing person (Holy Jesus, save me. I cannot recall his name).

His team complemented the surgeon very well. The pre-op was ready for us when we walked in. They prepped my brother in a quick time. The surgeon met my brother before the surgery and made sure that all his doubts and worries were answered. The surgery was successful, and my brother has completely recovered.

The hospital staff is friendly and caring. The premises are clean. Every individual whom we interacted with were helpful and knowledgeable. My brother’s nurse was the best!!! Thank you to everyone involved in my brother’s care

I do not know how Steele Memorial can appoint doctors who have no clue about meds they prescribe.

I had visited the Walk-In Clinic last week after sore throat, cough, and my runny nose had not subsided even after a week. The doctor evaluated me and prescribed some antibiotics. I asked her if the antibiotics would interact with a particular drug that I have to take every day and could not stop. Her answer shocked me.

She just shrugged her shoulders and said, “I do not know, ask the pharmacy. It is not my job to keep a note of those things.”

I did not know how to react to her answer. If the doctor does not know which antibiotic interacts with which medicine, then how can she write scripts…I think the lady needs to refresh her medical knowledge at a med school again

I had to use the services of a podiatrist at Steele Memorial for incurvated nails. It had become so painful that I was not able to walk without feeling pain. The podiatrist was excellent and took good care of me. The doctor and the staff ensured that the nails were trimmed, and the incurvated nails were removed. Very pleased with the way I have been treated. Highly recommended
