I had to use the Stafford ER after I met with an accident, which made me limp and cry out in pain if I put my leg down. I was taken in very quickly but then made to wait for nearly four hours. The staff was least bothered that I was in pain. They did not offer me anything that would have helped in at least relieving the pain. The hospital is very beautiful, but if it has a shitty staff, then I do not think this hospital is going to go places. The hospital authorities need to seriously kick these goofballs out and get in new staff who would love the work they do.

One of the best ERs that I've been too. The staff was professional and even though I was made to wait for nearly two hours, the quality of care which I got made up for the delay. The doctor was very professional and had excellent bedside manners. He did not rush through my care and made it a point to hear me out. The only blip if I could consider as one is the harsh tone of the front desk lady. It does put off prospective patients

Did not plan an Emergency room visit when I left for work yesterday morning. As luck would have it, I ended up getting hit by a bike and hit the curb quite hard. I thought my day was ruined as I might end up spending eight to ten hours as I had to spend in one or two other ERs in the DC metro area. I was wrong big time.

The staff took me in quickly, and after a 30-minute wait, I was taken back to the room where I was evaluated by a wonderful lady who genuinely seemed concerned about the accident. She evaluated me thoroughly and then ordered x-rays of my back and leg…x-ray come back with nothing major, and I am walking out of the hospital three hours later with a script for meds. The quick visit does not mean that I did not have the proper care. The care was excellent, and the care and attentiveness that these people showered on me touched me
