The staff at St. Vincent’s Hospital is great. They did an excellent job when it came to taking care of my uncle during and after major surgery. The staff was quite friendly and was happy to answer all our questions, even some foolish ones. Some of them also helped us when we were lost in the building and pointed us in the right direction. The hospital also had lots of places where one could charge the phones. They have also improved the menu, and now we have some wonderful dishes to select from

Went to St. Vincent’s Hospital ER with severe stomach pain, this was the third time over the past five months. The doctor comes in, has one look at me and says, “Huh, you again." He walks out without saying anything. After a while, a person from registration comes and says that I can leave as the doctor has refused to treat me. According to him, my illness is not life-threatening, and he is not ready to treat me. I felt very humiliated and disgusted. I ended up visiting another hospital, got admitted. I WILL NEVER STEP INTO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN

I had a major illness and had to stay at this hospital for ten days. The staff was top-notch, very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, caring, and ready to treat patients as human beings. They were a pleasure to talk with, and genuinely concerned about my health. This is missing nowadays from the field of healthcare. The food served at the hospital was excellent. Nothing gourmet, but tasty. Everyone ensured that my stay was pleasant. Thanks, St. Vincent's, for not only ensuring that I felt at home but also ensuring that I completely recovered from my illness.
