We might have got the "A" team of the ER this time around. My husband checked into St. Vincent Medical Center around 4:00 in the morning, and he was out by sunrise. The nurse who attended to my husband was beyond amazing. The doctor was also great and heard my husband very patiently and then ran a few tests and made the diagnosis. No complaints!!!

The whole visit went smoothly. The check-in was smooth with a very friendly nurse who greeted us with a warm smile (I am sure my husband’s heart would have melted). She took down all the details, and before we were able to relax our bums on the chairs, my husband was called in. The doctor was a great lady, very professional, had excellent bedside manners, and did not waste time in asking silly and irrelevant questions. She was to the point but heard out my husband.

The facility itself has got a wonderful facelift. The bathrooms in the ER is very clean. The hospital is spotless. The benches and seating area for visitors were also clean.

We have been very satisfied with the visit. Excellent Hospital! Worth Recommending

The medical part of our visit went off smoothly. The doctors and nurses were excellent and treated us well. The whole visit turned upside down when the bill came. Not only was it more than what had been agreed to, but it was sent to me and not to the insurance as they normally do. I called the hospital and pointed out the error. The lady who answered the call was gracious enough to accept it was an error and said it would be fixed and asked to follow up after 15 days.

Fifteen days pass, and I called them again. This time a man picked up the call. He was very rude and when I told him why I called, he said, the hospital does not do these things, and I have to pay the bill. I asked to talk with the superior. The superior came on line and said that they would check the records and call back. I waited for a day-and-a-half, and when I did not get a call, I called again. They were very rude and said that the records are missing and there is also no record of the conversation that we had. They also added that if I do not pay within a week, they will send the bill to collections.

This is absolutely unacceptable. You messed up the whole thing and now expect me to pay off the bill. The hospital did nothing to fix the issue. I ended up paying out of pocket thanks to their incompetence. Rest assured, my family won’t be stepping into this facility again.

Utterly incompetent. Feel sorry for the medical staff. They do excellent work, but the idiots at the billing department ruin the whole thing

Grateful to the excellent team of nurses and doctors here. I always get the best possible care. Always treated with respect and compassion. The best team is the cardiac team. They treat me as a family member and have been with me through some of the most difficult times of my life.

The best part of visiting this place is that there is no worry about parking. The facility has got two huge parking garages as well as some other lots, which ensures that no matter the time of your arrival, there is always a vacant parking lot available.

The hospital is spotless. It has also got some wonderful places to eat and plenty to place to sit and relax while waiting for your turn or waiting for your loved one.
