DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DUMP!

My wife was having chest pain, and I rushed her to UCLA from where she was sent here for overnight observation. It was a big mistake, and I am lucky that Nissi is still alive after her ordeal here.

The facility is nothing more than a dumpster. The care was even worse. The nurses had no clue on how to go ahead despite getting clear instructions. The doctor was a nincompoop who had no idea what entails an overnight observation for cardiac issues. The room which my wife got was small than a standard bathroom, and it was disgusting and smelly.

I am lucky that we got out alive the next day morning. I will not allow my family or friends to seek care at this godforsaken place!!!!

Had a better experience than last time. I took my sister for a minor procedure. She was treated well and with empathy. The process went off very well, and we were out of the hospital within a few hours. Every single individual we interacted with were friendly and showed genuine concern. We have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you

So far, so good!!!! This has been my experience at St. Vincent so far. I have visited three times over the last three years, and the treatment and care have been the same every time – excellent.

My visits were due to cancer, and the competency of the doctors working here showed very clearly when they did a few additional tests when the initially ordered tests were not up to their satisfaction. Even though it took some time, but the care which I got from these angels was very thorough. The latest tests revealed that I was cancer-free. Thank you, St. Vincent, for employing such wonderful and caring professionals

Brother had undergone surgery and had been inpatient for a week on the 6th floor. He received excellent care while he was here. The nurses were very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to answer any question. The doctors were also very friendly and explained the health status of my brother as well as explained to us the way forward. Very happy with the care that my brother got here.
