I have been visiting Saint Mary's Hospital since the turn of the century. In fact, my family is a regular here. We have never faced any sort of difficulties whenever we came here. The nursing staff is super. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. The thing which I like about this hospital is that the staff treats you as a human being and not just another number. The doctors are also very knowledgeable. They have always treated us well. We never felt rushed when we talk with them. I highly recommend this place

Underwent a major surgery here about two months ago. The pre-op and the surgery went well. It is the recovery phase which made me frustrated. Once I was shifted to recovery, they just abandoned me. I only saw the nurses when it was time for meds and when they discharged me. No doctor or surgeon came and inquired about my status. I told the nurses several times that I wanted to see a doctor, but they just turned a deaf ear. I was at my wits end in trying to understand what went so wrong with the staff. I was really happy when I got discharged. I visited my PCP who was a great help to me. After that incident, I have decided that I would not return to this hospital.

This review is especially for Regenesis, (Dermatology & Skin Care office). I called the office and inquired if it was possible to fix an appointment within three days as my Medicaid would run out pretty soon. Initially, they said it is impossible, but would give a call if anything comes up. True to their words, I got a call in the evening from the office stating that they have squeezed an appointment the next day.

I went to see the doctor regarding a white patch on my waist which was growing ever so slowly. The doctor was a thorough gentleman and asked me to wait as he would try to get a female doctor to check me. He soon came back and then they inspected the patch and gave necessary medications. This was a wonderful experience, something which I have never encountered before. A big Thank You to all those who were a part of my care. I do not recollect your names, but you are always in my prayers.

St. Mary’s Medical Center looks amazing. I have been visiting this hospital for the past decade and a half, and it has never ceased to surprise me. The staff is good and highly knowledgeable. The best part, however, is the wonderful hospital food. It is simply awesome

Wonderful place to get treated. I love the way the hospital has treated my family and me over the years. There have been some instances where the care was not up to the standard, but then the staff always made it up for us. The staff is incredible and know different specialties. Ultimate respect to the staff!! Thanks
