Jesus!!!! Just got cheated at this shithole….

I was here a few days back for some stitches after I cut myself while preparing dinner. I came in at 8:30 pm…the staff was wonderful and took me in immediately and then back to the room within minutes. The doctor came, inspected the wound, cleaned it, and put five stitches on it…the the whole thing was over by 9:00 pm. I was thrilled with the service…the real sucker punch was yet to come…

Fast forward today morning…I get an mail that contained the bill from St. Mary’s. These fu%$#@g ba%&*$ds charged me $5000 for the “services offered,” a whopping $1000 for a stitch….Goodness Gracious…. I was singing paeans of this hospital, but now I would stay away as far as possible from this shithole

I received outstanding care here. I had to have a two-day stay here, and it was a good experience. The doctors were excellent and the nurses outstanding. The doctor came and explained my illness, explained the results, and also drew up a plan to prevent a recurrence utilizing my inputs...
Highly impressed. I will recommend this wonderful hospital to anyone and everyone

I have never received more pathetic service than what I received at ST. Mary’s in Madison….the nurses are rude, the doctor is rude, and the specialist is least bothered about the care…

I was here for heart complications, which required a few days' stay….I saw the doctor twice, once when I was admitted and then the next day, and the specialist once. The nursing care was ridiculous. I was having pain in my chest which was radiating to the hand, and the nurse dismissed it as just another case of anxiety. She did not even call the doctor

How can she know that it was anxiety…what if I was having a heart attack… I decided that there was no need to risk my life here and at the end of the second day, decided to seek discharge. I would never come here….

Doctors, nurses, and the CNA were incredible when it came to caring for my mobility challenged brother. These folks were attentive and had wonderful attitude. The entire team was very informed and was extremely sensitive to the needs of my brother.

We were here for three days, and never did we feel that my brother was not getting requisite care. My entire family is thankful and highly appreciative of the care that my brother got here.

This was one quick ER visit. I had met with an accident and wanted to check if things were okay and address some of the bruises and scrapes. The front desk was exceptional and handled all the paperwork with aplomb. I was taken in and then back to the room within minutes. The doctor was beside me in seconds and ordered all the necessary tests and addressed the wounds efficiently. Two hours later, I was walking out with a massive appreciation for these wonderful folks. I am definitely a return customer
