So, I go to St. Mary Medical Center yesterday for treatment of gout. I would have been there for nearly two hours and might have told the triage nurse numerous times that I have come for treatment of my gout. However, she does not acknowledge it even once. Moreover, the staff fails to take my height and weight and just takes me back to the room where the doctor sees me but does not order a blood test. No x-rays are also taken. The diagnosis of the doctor – muscle strain. I do not know how he came to that diagnosis. I was given a Tramadol shot and sent on my way. Thanks to the stupid idiots, my gout has worsened, and I have not been able to have a proper sleep. The entire staff sucks.

Went there two days back at 2:30. Had a fast check- in because of the previous admission. Just had to answer some questions shown on the computer screen. Only two people were ahead of me. I was called in quickly. The staff was great. A very knowledgeable PA saw me and gave an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. I was back home by 4:00 pm

Had the quickest ER visit in my whole life. A doctor saw me in 15 minutes, and I was out of the ER within 30 minutes. I was treated by a team of exceptional staff members who were very professional and friendly! I have had bad experiences with rude nurses and snappy doctors, but not at this place. Super clean. I would definitely recommend it to others
